According to Patch.com a 46-year-old Hispanic woman died at the scene of a hit-and-run in Winnetka. The accident happened at Lurline Avenue and Roscoe Boulevard in the morning around 5:00am on Wednesday, December 16th., according to Los Angeles Police.
