Friday night at about 8:54 p.m., two pedestrians were struck and killed at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and North Aladdin Drive. A male and a female, both in their 20’s were hit by a BMW while crossing the street. Sadly, they were both declared dead on the scene.
So far it is unknown what factors may have contributed to the crash, including speed, drugs or alcohol. The driver is cooperating with authorities and the crash is under investigation.
