A collision late on Saturday resulted in the death of a pedestrian in Laguna Hills. Anthony Martinez, 20, was walking on the street when he was hit by a driver and pronounced dead on the scene. The driver was not named in the incident report. The Laguna Hills Police Department is investigating the accident and so far no information is available as to whether the driver fled the scene or waited for emergency response.
