ABC27 News reported on November 20th, 2020 that a man in his 30s was declared dead at a hospital around 7pm after completing the obstacle course. The cause of the death and the contestants name is still undisclosed until family and relatives can be notified. The contestant allegedly completed the course and then required medical attention by on-site medical staff. Paramedics later took him to the hospital.
The show requires contestants complete a medical exam before competing.
